Your questions, answered

Does Unixplore charge me anything?
There is an application fee of 10% of the programme price, which reserves your place and submits your application. It is not added on top: it comes out of the price the institution charges, so the figure on the listing is the figure you pay. If your application does not succeed, the fee is returned in full.
What does “verified partner” mean?
Every institution will be reviewed by Unixplore and will have signed a partnership agreement before any of its programmes can appear.
Who can apply?
Most programmes are open to anyone, not only to students currently enrolled somewhere. Some set their own requirements, and each listing says who it accepts before you apply.
What does the price include?
The price shown is the total for the programme, and it often covers accommodation as well as tuition. Each listing sets out exactly what is included and what is not.
More questions
Is there funding available?
Some programmes carry a grant and some do not. Where there is one, the listing shows it on its own, with the amount, beside the price the institution charges.
Will I get credits or a certificate?
Most programmes award ECTS credits and the rest a certificate of attendance, and each listing says which. Whether your own university counts it is for them to decide, so ask your academic office before you apply if that matters to you.
What happens after I apply?
Your application goes to the host institution, which decides. You can see where each of your applications stands at any time from your account.
Who helps me if something goes wrong?
We do. Before you apply, anything the listing does not answer comes to us: write to info@unixplore.eu and we answer. After you apply you can follow where it stands from your account, and if something goes wrong on the institution’s side we take it up with them directly.
